Becoming a Champion of Change Training Series

Change is hard for anyone, but it gets increasingly difficult the older we get, and this is no different for businesses. To adapt and successfully navigate the constantly shifting landscape, organizations need to be able to effectively adapt to and manage change. To address the problem of a reluctance to change, I designed and deployed a interactive workshop based approach with an accompanying Rise course to help individuals understand how to approach change with empathy and communication to help encourage positive change adoption and result in change innovation. The Becoming a Champion of Change training will help to empower employees to become effective change leaders, fostering innovation and growth while minimizing disruption and resistance through increasing trust.
